How Do I Select a Maintenance Plan?

In order to provide the best possible service, you can not purchase the plans online without connecting with us first.  Before purchasing a plan, we will review the plan with you and schedule your first visit at a time that works for you.  You can use the request service form to let us know what plan you are interested in, or just call (412) 206-1251.

How Do I Pay For a Maintenance Plan?

Payments are made through your client hub after your initial visit.  At the end of the initial visit, we will send you a link to create your client hub where your invoice will be available for payment.  All payments are made annually online.

What is Included in the Whole Home Walkthrough/Checkup?

The walkthrough is a visual inspection of all of your home's major systems.

What is Priority Scheduling?

When you contact us for service outside of your normal plan, we will provide our next available timeslot, sometimes as soon as the same day!

Why aren't water filters included in the price for the Breathe Easy and Peace of Mind plans?

Water filters range dramatically in variety and price.  On our first visit we can notate the filter type and order it for the next service date.  The cost of the filter will be invoiced separately with no markup.

I want the Peace of Mind plan but I don't need X, Y, Z...

 No Problem!  The Peace of Mind plan includes up to 1.5 hours for any service items you would like to add instead!
